This program is a downloadable PDF that includes 7 days of guided exercises, with 6 days alternating weights and cardio and 1 rest day. This generalized strength program will help you build upper and lower body muscles, strengthen your core, and improve your aerobic fitness.  All exercises can be modifiable to adapt to your most comfortable body position to accomodate your growing body and baby.
